Digital content:

Under UK law, distance selling regulations apply so you have a right to a 14 day ‘cooling off’ period in which you can have a ‘no questions asked’ refund.  If you wish to exercise this right, please email refunds@drloribethbisbey.com.  After 14 days, there are no further refunds. All free content is copyrighted and can be freely shared as long as it is credited to Dr Lori Beth Bisbey. Please respect all copyrights and trademarks.  All paid for content is copyrighted and can be downloaded on 1 computer and 1 mobile device.   Content is not to be shared without the express permission of Dr Lori Beth Bisbey in writing.  If you need to re-download previously purchased content, email downloads@drloribethbisbey.com We have taken steps to make sure that email and downloads are free from viruses however neither we or the author will accept any responsibility for any losses caused by any infected content.  It is your responsibility to scan files that you download and any attachments to email before you open them. We do our best to make sure you are happy with the services you receive and do not promise any particular outcome as a result of any of our services.  If you are unhappy with any service you are given, we have a complaints procedure.  Write complaints@drloribethbisbey.com for the full procedure and to start the process.

Face to face, Zoom, and telephone sessions:

No refunds are offered for sessions.  However, if you book a package and choose not to use all the sessions, a partial refund will be given on a case by case basis. Sessions in packages must be used within 6 months unless otherwise organised.  No refunds will be given for fees on account after 6 months has passed.  Either talk to Dr Lori Beth or email refunds@drloribethbisbey.com in the first instance. We do our best to make sure you are happy with the services you receive and do not promise any particular outcome as a result of any of our services.  If you are unhappy with any service you are given, we have a complaints procedure.  Write complaints@drloribethbisbey.com for the full procedure and to start the process.

Cancellation policy:

For face to face sessions booked in London, Skype, online sessions and telephone sessions: Full fee will be charged for the time booked if less than 72 hours’ notice is given except for in exceptional circumstances.   To cancel you can either use the online calendar, telephone or email cancellations@drloribethbisbey.com For face to face sessions booked when Dr Lori Beth is visiting other locations: Full fee will be charged for the time booked if less than 72 hours’ notice is given. For intensive packages: 21 days notice must be given to receive full refund less £100 administrative fee.  21 days – 14 days notice must be received to gain a 50% refund.  Less than 14 days notice and no refund will be given. For session packages: 3 working days notice must be given to credit the session time.  Less than 3 working days notices means that the session time will be lost. For workshops and retreats: Full refunds will be given 45 days prior to the event. 50% refunds will be given 30 days prior to the event. No refunds will be given from 29 days prior to the event. Payment methods:

Online: We accept payment through our website via PayPal and credit cards via Stripe UK. We accept bank transfers.  To arrange a bank transfer telephone, +44 2039349638 or email loribeth@drloribethbisbey.com In person: We accept credit cards in the UK.  In the US, we cannot accept cards via a card reader however we can via PayPal online and Stripe online. We accept cash. We accept bank transfers. We do not accept cheques or money orders. Payment plans: Payment via the website only. For all payments: If a payment fails, we will try the card one more time and notify you.  If the payment still does not go through, there will be an administrative fee of £25.  If we have to chase you to fix the payment and/or have to go through collections, there will be a £10 fee for each letter, phone call or email, interest and any fees payable to a collections agent.  If you are in financial difficulty and think you will not be able to make a scheduled payment, please contact us ASAP so arrangements can be made.    We will pursue unpaid debts through small claims court vigorously.
