Intensive coaching has the advantage of building momentum quickly, which can facilitate powerful breakthroughs and personal transformations. Intensive coaching by nature allows you to get into the heart of your challenges right away and do deep work with immediate results. Intensive coaching is especially valuable when working with issues around sexual trauma, discovering relationship style and exploring desire. During intensives, a number of sessions are done in a day. A day is 4-8 hours of direct work, sometimes homework and one follow-up session online a month to 6 weeks later. With three-day intensives, 2 follow-up sessions online are included.
Intensive work can take place online or in person by arrangement. For London or Edinburgh-based in-person packages, there are no additional travel fees. For sessions in other locations, travel fees will be extra unless Dr Lori Beth is already going to be in the area.

Terms: Packages are non-refundable once begun. Unused days can be transferred to another person. Unused days expire after 6 months unless agreed in advance. Detailed agreement provided following purchase.
