Opening Up: A Workshop for People Exploring Consensual Non-Monogamy

This 5-day workshop is designed as a crash course for singles and couples who want to explore consensual non-monogamy without crashing and burning. Through challenges, exercises, and education sessions, we cover all the flavours of non-monogamy, basic and expert communication, exploring desire and sexuality, maximizing compersion and minimizing jealousy, emotional management skills, creating a passion map, choice, and constructing your unique relationship. The workshop is designed to give you the opportunity to try out new ideas, skills, feelings, and behaviours in a safe environment where you have professional support when things get triggered or when you react in unexpected ways.  You will leave the workshop with new skills, a clear set of goals and action plans to reach those goals.  You may leave the workshop with clear agreements with a partner around opening up and your further non-monogamy journey.

Each workshop is held in a super location that is designed to help you focus on what you are learning and exploring and that gives you a break away from the everyday world.

The groups are intimate: 16 to 20 people in total so that everyone gets lots of individual attention.

The next workshop is summer 2023, with dates and location to be confirmed.
